Pastor Keith with Hannah, Samuel and Julie
Each week we meet in large and home groups' both in the Church and in peoples' homes. The home groups comprise of between 8 -10 people and meet to share issues, pray together and learn from the Bible how God speaks to our lives today. We currently have 8 groups and for those that are interested in the Christian faith we run Courses from time to time in response to demand.
These Courses are held in a member’s home and run over a short number of weeks. The course allows people to find out about the Christian faith in a relaxed environment, often over a meal.
What to expect:
We are known as a welcoming church and we hope people feel comfortable with us the moment they walk through the door. Our services are led from the front by a worship leader with songs, prayer and bible reading supplemented by drama, dance, open sharing, etc using all modern media as appropriate.
Whilst people are encouraged to participate in what we do, no-one is put in the spot as we just want each person to be able to worship freely and to be able to listen to what God is saying.
At the end of morning worship tea and coffee is provided to enable people to socialise and get to know one another more. Importantly, a ministry team is available at each service for those in need of prayer this is undertaken sensitively and privately.
Creche
A small crèche is available for use during morning services. Only experienced baby minders are used.
