We're pleased and delighted to announce that Ramridge has a new Pastor. Martin & Jen Shorey have accepted a Call to come to Ramridge and arrived with us on 8th August 2011. Martin is to be Inducted as Minister on Saturday 3rd September

Martin has completed his final year's study at Spurgeon's Bible College on London and Ramridge will be his first Pastorate. Prior to his theological studies and call to ministry Martin was a High School Teacher in the Ipswich area where he was born and bred. Jen is a Community Matron and, in moving to the Luton area, will be seeking a new position in the locality.

Martin was ordained in Ipswich at Colchester Road Baptist Church, on 21st May, moved into the Manse on 8th August and commences ministry after his Induction on 3rd September.

Martin & Jen come with a real passion for reaching out to the Community with the Gospel and for Bible teaching in plain simple language that makes it relevant to all. Martin is also a keen photographer, good guitarist and worship leader. As a church we are excited at the prospect of Martin & Jen being with us and working with us in all that we do to make Jesus known and build people up in their faith. Great days ahead we believe.
